Running

Ive been needing a little something to get my butt back in gear and I got a wonderful message from my incredibly awesome cousin Caron asking me to do a 10K with her. Well Ive never been a runner, I actually HATE running but I thought I would give it a try. So she has set me up with this awesome daily schedule tailored just to me. I am so excited, and maybe I can get close to my weight loss goal in time for my 30th (yes I said 30th) b day. Ill post pics and stats when I fill a little more secure with myself and have some afters to share. Love you all and any info or support you'd like to throw my way on my journey is always appreciate. Ill keep you posted, thanks for stopping by.

Good for you! I started running last summer but kind of slacked off during the holidays (ok a lot slacked off). I started up again yesterday (very sore today :-) Make sure that you get real running shoes. I didn't at first and some trouble with one of my knees. Once I got good shoes no more knee pain. - Jan

I didn't know there was hate involved. :(
But I included a lot of different activities, and only running the last little bit. It will be fun, and very beneficial. And you will feel so good!!
